Of Earth Featuring Rob De Luca To Release New Album This Spring

OF EARTH, a musical endeavor featuring Rob De Luca (UFO, Sebastian Bach) is releasing a second album, entitled The Monarch, this spring. The album will be released via Lovember Records and was co-engineered by "Album Of The Year" Grammy winner Tom Camuso and mastered by Howie Weinberg. In addition to singing and playing bass on The Monarch, Rob De Luca produced and mixed the album as well.

UFO To Return To North America This Fall

British Hard Rock legends UFO have confirmed that they will be returning to North America this Fall for a West Coast tour.  The band will be touring in support of their latest album Seven Deadly which was released earlier this year via Steamhammer/SPV.  The tour kicks off November 15th in Chicago, IL and is currently scheduled to wrap up December 1st in Corona, CA.

Seven Deadly is an atmospherically dense fabric consisting of classy guitars, tight rock grooves and vocals which are unique to UFO. So it's no wonder that sound engineer Tommy Newton, in whose Area 51 studio in Celle, Germany, the new tracks were recorded, commented: "I've never heard a better Phil Mogg!"

The UFO frontman's thoroughly impressive vocal performance goes hand in hand with the awesome compositions on Seven Deadly.  The classic rock of "Burn Your House Down" features all the important UFO strengths, "Mojotown" sees the musicians sound tougher than ever, and last but not least "Year Of The Gun" features a pointed reference to UFO's early days.

Legendary guitarist Michael Schenker has announced he will offer VIP Ticket Packages for his Temple of Rock North American Tour. The packages offer concert attendees an opportunity to hang out with two of rock's legendary icons - Michael Schenker and Robin McAuley. He is the younger brother of Rudolf Schenker, guitarist with the Scorpions. Schenker joined UFO under unusual circumstances. The band left the UK to play some dates in Germany. Their guitarist at the time, Bernie Marsden, forgot his passport and was unable to make the first gig. At the venue, UFO spotted Michael playing a soundcheck with the Scorpions and managed to persuade him into playing that evening's show. And the rest is history.....Eventually, Schenker decided he wanted to play his own music and not be a hired hand for another band. In 1979, he founded the Michael Schenker Group, and the band has been recording and touring as numerous incarnations ever since.

Armored Saint Announces Shows For July And August!

Mindflow: The Next Big Thing From São Paulo?

They just finished their own headlining tour of the U.S. with barely a notice, but will imeditely follow that up with a tour opening up for the legendary U.F.O. The band has at least two videos being released to promote their new release.
