Savage Messiah Announce UK Mini-Tour

SAVAGE MESSIAH have confirmed dates for a UK mini-tour, which is due to kick off on October 29th at Sound Control in Manchester.

The band will be playing four headlining shows around the UK with support from RSJ, finishing up with a show in London on November 1st.  SAVAGE MESSIAH have also confirmed a show with NEKROGOBLIKON in London on June 14th.

SAVAGE MESSIAH frontman DAVID SILVER comments:

"Seeing as we're going to be cooped up in the studio for pretty much all of this summer recording the follow-up to 'Plague of Conscience', we thought we'd organise a few dates before the end of the year.  Even though the new album won't be out until early 2014, we can't wait to get out and play new songs, and just generally live it up on the road!  So we hope you'll come out and join us for some drunken heavy metal madness!!!"

Savage Messiah To Play Hammerfest VIP Day This Thursday

British shred-heavy melodic metallers SAVAGE MESSIAH have been added to the line-up for the VIP day at Hammerfest in Wales this Thursday.

The band will be performing from 9:15pm to 10:20pm this Thursday, March 14th alongside SISTER SIN, SACRED MOTHER TONGUE, JAGUAR and more.  The festival will also feature the likes of KILLING JOKE, HATEBREED, DESTRUCTION, ENSLAVED, SAINT VITUS, CANDLEMASS, SODOM and NAPALM DEATH.

Evile Prepare For Special Hometown Show This Saturday

EVILE are gearing up for a special hometown performance at the Holmfirth Picturedrome tomorrow - Saturday, November 3rd.

The show follows EVILE's headlining UK tour with WOLF, which wrapped up on Monday in Southampton.  Joining EVILE at the Holmfirth Picturedrome are special guests and labelmates SAVAGE MESSIAH along with competition winners SHRAPNEL.

EVILE lead guitarist OL DRAKE comments:

"Tomorrow we hit our hometown for a night of metal with our friends Savage Messiah and competition winners Shrapnel.  I can't wait to get back on the Picturedrome stage and share it with two other great bands.  We're selling a very limited edition T-shirt on the night which will only ever be available at this show, so it's a great chance to grab some rare Evile merch.  Feel free to come in Halloween fancy dress!  The night is, after all, called "All Hallow's Evile".  See you all there!"

Savage Messiah Shoot "All Seeing I" Music Video

British metallers SAVAGE MESSIAH have just finished shooting their first ever music video, for the track "All Seeing I", which is taken from the band's latest album, PLAGUE OF CONSCIENCE.

The band filmed the video with director PHIL BERRIDGE (CEREBRAL BORE) of Creative Junkie Media in Birmingham, UK.

SAVAGE MESSIAH frontman DAVE SILVER comments:

"We shot our first music video over the weekend with director Phil Berridge, and a great day of hard work it proved to be!  Having had all the logistics and themes planned well in advance, our execution allowed everything to go according to plan, giving us plenty of time to focus on getting the performance element right.

"We opted to go for a 'live' vibe with this video, as opposed to putting the band in an arbitrary setting, and the O2 in Birmingham was chosen as the place - having recently staged the Black Sabbath reunion, we felt this was pertinent and really helped, as well as being in the city of metal's (and my own) birth.

"We arrived, set up the backline, worked with the lighting guy Andi on getting everything programmed, had a talk through everything with Phil and got stuck in straight away, and after about fifty playbacks, a serious amount of shape-throwing, headbanging, gurning and general metal mayhem, had the van packed and the whole thing done and dusted!  I think we really captured the spirit of the band on a big stage, and we're looking forward to the final result!  We also can't wait to unleash it on all the heavy metal heathens out there!!!"

Evile Announce Hometown Show Support Act Winners

EVILE have selected the winners of their support act competition, who will open for EVILE at the band's hometown show in Holmfirth at the end of their UK tour, which kicks off tonight, Thursday, October 18th.

After personally listening to all entrants, EVILE have chosen UK metallers SHRAPNEL as the winning band, who will be joining EVILE and SAVAGE MESSIAH at the Picturedrome on November 3rd.

EVILE drummer BEN CARTER comments:

"After careful consideration (and much banging of heads) we are pleased to announce the mighty SHRAPNEL as our opening band for the Holmfirth Picturedrome show!  Shrapnel stood out as being amazing musicians, great guys and are sure to whip up a frenzy ready for Savage Messiah and ourselves, so we can't wait to get to our hometown end-of-tour gig!!  We'd also like to extend a HUGE thanks to every band that entered; we had some fantastic responses from some amazingly talented bands, but unfortunately (just like in Highlander) there can be only one!  To the bands that weren't chosen this time, I'm sure our paths will cross sooner rather than later!!  Cheers, and see you in the pit!!!"
