I Call Fives Add 6 New Shows to Spring Tour

Washington Township, NJ pop punks I Call Fives have added a string of shows to follow their previously announced 5 headlining dates on the Pure Noise Records Tour. The band will be out with The Sheds from March 25-30. A show supporting All Time Low will take place March 1 in Syracuse, NY.

I Call Fives’ new Someone That’s Not You 7” will be released on March 20^th via Pure Noise Records. The release includes two new songs, an acoustic song, and a cover of Third Eye Blind’s “How’s It Going To Be”. and serves as a teaser to the band’s upcoming full length record due out in June on Pure Noise.

I Call Fives To Release 'Someone That's Not You' 7" On March 20

Washington Township, NJ pop punks I Call Fives will be releasing a teaser 7″ titled Someone That’s Not You on March 20^th via Pure Noise Records. The 7″ will include two new songs, an acoustic song, and a cover of Third Eye Blind’s “How’s It Going To Be”. The 7″ will serve as a teaser to the band’s upcoming full length record due out in June. The First Pure Noise Records Tour Featuring The Story So Far

Rising Bay Area punk/indie label Pure Noise Records is coming off its biggest year yet, so to satisfy fan demand and keep the momentum going, the label has announced plans for its first-ever Pure Noise Records Tour, featuring several of the bands that have helped the label make its mark on the scene.

Headlining the first two weeks of the tour (2/24-3/8) is critically acclaimed Bay Area punk outfit, The Story So Far who are on track to becoming a key force in the pop punk scene. Harrisburg, PA’s Handguns will then headline one week (3/13-3/18), after which NJ’s I Call Fives will take over the headline slot for the remaining dates (3/20-3/24.)

Rounding out the bill on all dates are Berkeley, CA’s The American Scene and Southern California’s Forever Came Calling. Boston, MA’s Daybreaker will jump on the tour from 3/9-3/18.

Pure Noise Records was started in 2009 out of Berkeley, CA by founder Jake Round. The label’s roster also includes such acts as Troubled Coast and Create Avoid. As Round explains in the latest issue of the UK magazine Rock Sound, “Pure Noise is a small, hardworking company that seeks to release music for artists that we truly believe in.”

Pure Noise Records Signs I Call Fives

Washington Township, NJ pop punks I CALL FIVES have signed to Pure Noise Records. The band will be recording their debut full length with Paul Leavitt (All Time Low, The Dangerous Summer, Senses Fail) in early 2012 with an expected summer release.

Pure Noise Records hardcore act Create Avoid is premiering a new music video for “S.O.S.” on Absolutepunk.net. The track appears on the Riverside, CA band’s debut album Heat Remains.
