Matt Toka To Join Falling In Reverse, I See Stars, Let Live

Warner Bros. Records punk/pop artist MATT TOKA has just announced that he will join Falling In Reverse, I See Stars and Let Live on select dates of "The Thug In Me Is You" tour this fall. Toka will play the first four dates of the tour, which begins in Portland, OR on Oct 11th. He will make stops in Seattle and Spokane, WA before wrapping up in Boise, ID on Oct 15th.

Matt Toka, a native of Youngstown, OH, has generated a huge buzz and national following after performing all summer at Vans Warped Tour. His self-titled EP was released on June 12th via Warner Bros. Records and includes the studio versions of previous YouTube-only tracks "666" and "Ode To My Family," as well as "Say10." The punky/poppy melodic songs reflect a brutally honest lyrical perspective fueled by his personal classic, all-American dysfunctional family experience. All tracks are produced by Rob Cavallo (Green Day, My Chemical Romance).

Matt Toka Self-Titled EP Out Now!

Punk/pop artist/upstart MATT TOKA'S self-titled EP through Warner Bros. Records is out now. The six-track EP includes the studio versions of previous YouTube-only tracks "666" and "Ode To My Family," as well as "Say10," which is currently available via all digital retailers. The EP is available physically and digitally - the digital version includes lyric videos for two tracks, "666" and "Get Money." (Watch the latter here) All tracks are produced by Rob Cavallo (Green Day, My Chemical Romance) with whom Toka has been recording his debut album, which will be released later this year.

Toka and band will spend their summer performing daily on the entire Vans Warped Tour, which will snake its way across the country beginning this Saturday, June 16^th in Salt Lake City, UT, and close in Portland, OR on Aug 5^th. Matt Toka Unleashes New Video For "Get Money"

Warner Bros. Records punk/pop artist MATT TOKA has just unleashed a video for his song "Get Money."

The song is one of several tracks that the singer and songwriter has been recording with Rob Cavallo for his debut album, due from Warner Bros. Records later this year.

Here's what Toka has to say about the video: "Consumerism and the ugliness of capitalism ruined this country and brainwashed its people into believing that the American Dream is something we're entitled to as opposed to something we have to work very hard for. Most music videos flaunt the excess spending and decadent lifestyles. In this video, viewers will see people who have been sold the wrong idea of the American Dream, as well as people who will never have a fair shot at it. It's about looking at what you have and being thankful instead of looking what other people have and wanting more."

Matt Toka To Hit The Road This Spring And Summer

Warner Bros. Records punk/pop artist MATT TOKA has just announced a pair of extensive domestic tours. The first is with Breathe Carolina plus label mate The Ready Set and will kick off in Columbia, MO on Mar 21^st and end in Bloomington, IL on April 27^th.  Then starting on June 16^th in Salt Lake City, UT, Toka will join the entire Vans Warped Tour, which will snake its way across the country and close in Portland, OR on Aug 5^th.
