As they did with their 2008 demo, the band tapped Dallas-based producer Sterling Winfield for Last Man Standing, who has worked in the past with Pantera, Damageplan, and Hellyeah. The band builds on their signature sound which largely resembles the power metal that such renowned U.S. bands like Pantera perfected and popularized.

Also in celebration of today's release, Guitar World Magazine and Revolver Magazine are each giving away an ESP LTD MH Series electric guitar! Head to GuitarWorld.com and Revolvermag.com to enter for either contest, and make sure to catch LEGACY OF DISORDER performing exclusively with ESP guitars this fall!

As mentioned just above, LEGACY OF DISORDER will hit the road this fall, joining GWAR, DevilDriver and Cancer Bats on a month and a half long tour. The tour kicks off on Friday, October 12th in Philadelphia, PA and hits several major U.S. cities, coming to a close in its kick-off state on Monday, November 26th in Pittsburgh, PA.

Legacy Of Disorder: "Last Man Standing" Out 9/18

New Zealand heavy metal export LEGACY OF DISORDER is pleased to announce the North American release of their new album, Last Man Standing, with Black Orchard Music on September 18, 2012. The band builds on their signature sound which largely resembles the power metal that such renowned U.S. bands like Pantera perfected and popularized. As they did with their 2008 demo, the band tapped Dallas-based producer Sterling Winfield for Last Man Standing, who has worked in the past with Pantera, Damageplan, and Hellyeah.

As one would figure from the explosiveness of their recordings thus far, LEGACY OF DISORDER is one ferocious live beast when they hit the stage. In celebration of the release of their new album, the band will join GWAR, DevilDriver and Cancer Bats on tour this fall. The tour kicks off on Friday, October 12th in Philadelphia, PA and hits several major U.S. cities, coming to a close in its kick-off state on Monday, November 26th in Pittsburgh, PA.

"We can't wait to get back on the road. This upcoming tour will be killer! It's an honour to be back on tour with the mighty GWAR," states guitarist Rana Freilich. "The line-up is brilliant with DevilDriver and Cancer Bats joining in on the festivities. The timing couldn't be better with our new album Last Man Standing being released September 18th, followed up with such a badass tour. The band is pumped and can't wait to throw down the new material on stage. There will be no holds barred."

It is only a matter of time until LEGACY OF DISORDER takes their rightful spot alongside the top modern day metal acts. "We think our style fits in well with today's metal scene," explains lead singer James Robinson. "We have elements of a wide range of metal - all into one robust unit. LEGACY OF DISORDER shows in a lot of ways the evolution of this genre, but with a unique sound that no one can replicate."

Gwar Announces "Fate Or Chaos" 2012 Fall Tour

Intergalactic Mutant Overlords GWAR, are plotting their return to the road this fall.  Taking a break from working on their new album as well as an extended arctic slumber, GWAR is back with an entirely new show.  Your lords and masters will be wreaking havoc across North America, with support coming from DevilDriver, Cancer Bats and Legacy of Disorder.  The tour is currently scheduled to kick off October 12th in Philadelphia, PA and run through November 26th in Millvale, PA.  More dates are expected to be added in the coming weeks.  Tickets go on sale this Friday July 27th and Saturday July 28th.

When asked for comment on the upcoming tour, GWAR front-thing Oderus Urungus muttered something incoherent, then when prodded a bit more muttered something else incoherent.  After the third attempt for comment something more intelligible came from the mouth of the warty one:

Said Lord Oderus, "Once again GWAR returns, hoof and nail, to our old stomping grounds, North America, on a tour of utter destruction, and this time nothing less than the greatest power in the universe will do as our primary victim! That's right, this time GWAR, fresh from our battle with Death, takes on another of history's biggest assholes...God himself! Seeing as we don't have the new album done yet, we really had to do something spectacular..."

Oderus belched out a midget and continued. "This tour will also see the arrival of a new Scumdog brother to aid GWAR in our quest to destroy everything that sucks. That's right, I can finally reveal certain details regarding our new album...ever since our missing band mate Flattus Maximus took his leave of Earth, members of the Maximus tribe have been showing up at our Antarctic fortress, not only to pay their respects but also eat all of our food. And also lay tracks on the new album! You see, every member of the Maximus family rips on guitar (though Flattus taught them all they know), and they were anxious to help us fill the void left by Flattus. We have been working with his brothers Pustulus, Infecticus, Bubonus and even the shunned Corpulus...and right now they are fighting it out as to which one of them will stay here with the mighty GWAR for the "FATE OR CHAOS" Tour...and beyond! Get ready world, this fall shall see the birth of a new Scumdog!"

Before GWAR takes to the road this fall, they are of course hosting the premiere event of the Summer, the 3rd Annual GWAR-B-Q.  Ring Dog Rescue and Slave Pit Inc. are proud to present the 2012 GWAR-B-Q, being held Aug. 18th at Hadad's Water Park in lovely Richmond, Va.! Tickets are available online at www.gwarbq.com or you can pick up physical tickets at Plan 9 Records in Carytown or Vinyl Conflict Records in Oregon Hill.  Bands on the bill include: GWAR, The Casualties, Strike Anywhere, Valient Thor, Ghoul and a host of other killer bands.  For more info, be sure to visit www.gwarbq.com.

GWAR will also be performing at this year's RiotFest in Chicago, IL on September 15th.  Around that show, GWAR will be playing three special dates with The Casualties providing support.

World Debut Of Municipal Waste's "The Fatal Feast" Video!

The video for “The Fatal Feast,” the title track off the new MUNICIPAL WASTE album, is now available for viewing on the Nuclear Blast YouTube channel

Once you watch it, you’ll want to watch it again!

Directed by Jeff Speed of Halo Of Flies, the video was shot in Los Angeles on the former set of the space western television series, Firefly.

MUNICIPAL WASTE vocalist Tony Foresta checks in from the road about video debut: “We've been wanting to work with Jeff again since we did the ‘Sadistic Magician’ video with him years ago.  We felt that his vision and talent was exactly what we needed to help tell the tale of this cannibalistic space voyage.  We hope this video makes people headbang, laugh, and puke all at the same time.”

Guitarist Ryan Waste adds:As a huge sci-fi horror movie enthusiast, it was amazing to work on this type of film set.  Jeff Speed and his crew have really raised the bar with this video and we couldn't be happier. Prepare for space terror and feast on our latest clip!

Jeff Speed shares the following about working with MUNICIPAL WASTE for a second time: “One glimpse at this video and you will understand why my brother Chris [Speed, Production Designer] and I love to work with these guys.  Anything goes!  They have a great sense of humor, shredding tunes and bloodlust that is only matched by our own.  Accepting the invitation to collaborate on more debauchery with MUNICIPAL WASTE was a no-brainer.  A cannibalistic space voyage?!  Where do we sign?  We had a lot of fun making this vid and we were thrilled with the end product.  I hope the world is hungry because the FEAST will be festering on their plates and minds for a long time.  Thanks for the opportunity, dudes!  The Speed Brothers will always be down to spill blood with the Waste!”
