Legendary rockers KING'S X will return to the North American tour circuit this fall as direct support to KANSAS. These dates will mark the band's first tour since drummer Jerry Gaskill's remarkable recovery from a major heart attack earlier this year. King's X To Tour With Kansas This Fall

Legendary rockers KING'S X will return to the North American tour circuit this fall as direct support to KANSAS. In regards to this upcoming trek, KING'S X bassist/vocalist dUg Pinnick comments: "I've been a huge KANSAS fan since the beginning. I remember sitting on the floor with my friends listening to the just released record 'Song for America'...Fast forward to years later, KING'S X is going on tour with them!! It is an honor to be doing shows with them. This is gonna rock!!"

King's X Offer Previously Unreleased Recordings To Fans Who Donate

As Jerry Gaskill continues his recovery from a heart attack suffered late last month, King's X are offering a download of a previously unreleased 1991 concert to fans who donate money to help offset the drummer's medical and personal bills.

Available for download via the Molten Music website ( click here for full details), Burning Down Boston: Live at The Channel is a 90-minute, 13-song concert recorded at the height of the band's 1990 tour in support of Faith Hope Love. In addition to purchasing Burning Down Boston , donations can also be sent to Jerry Gaskill c/o World Entertainment Inc., P.O. Box 3095, Sea Bright, NJ 07760. 
 
Jerry's medical condition is improving - he is no longer in ICU, but is still hospitalized battling pneumonia. He can sit up, and is showing signs of recovery that have his family and the band encouraged.

King’s X Announce Spring Tour

Legendary rockers KING'S X will return to the North American tour circuit this spring for their first West Coast run in three years. Aptly named the "First Church of Rock and Roll" tour, KING'S X will spread their progressive fusion of hard rock, funk and soul on a 4-week trek starting March 28 in Austin, TX and extending through April 21 in Denver, CO.

It will be the first time the band - bassist/vocalist dUg Pinnick, guitarist/vocalist Ty Tabor and drummer/vocalist Jerry Gaskill - have played most of these cities since 2009, and will mark their first West Coast dates in support of Live Love In London , the live CD/DVD follow-up to latest studio release XV.
