In Solitude "To Her Darkness" Music Video

In Solitude, after having spent several weeks crisscrossing North America with Behemoth, Watain, and The Devil's Blood, are finally ready to unveil their first music video. To Her Darkness, the atmospheric new video directed by Johan Bååth, is streaming exclusively via Pitchfork's Show No Mercy feature. The track is the sixth cut from In Solitude's most recent album, The World.The Flesh.The Devil.

In Solitude's vocalist, Hornper, elaborates on the creative process behind the new piece of art… "We have now explored her further. This time in a field within which we've undeniably have had very little experience nor vocation. It's a series of portraits. Attempted visual translations. A fragile breach. Mirroring certain aspects and fragments of the experiences lying in the basis for the song's emergence, and its lyrics. The creative collaboration Johan Bååth and everyone involved was a very rewarding experience for us. And as our first attempt with this medium, we are very thankful to him for working with us. Not to mention his crew and the great contribution of Anna Norberg, Erik Danielsson and Marie Larsson, for which we are incredibly grateful."

Watain Announce Additional U.S. Dates + In-Store Tomorrow

Swedish black metal legion WATAIN -- who are currently waging their Satanic rituals upon the masses on the inaugural Decibel Magazine Tour alongside Behemoth, The Devil’s Blood and In Solitude -- today announce additional headlining dates  which will include stops in Poughkeepsie, New York,

Cleveland, Ohio, Joliet, Illinois, Columbus, Ohio and Detroit, Michigan. Additionally, the band will take part in an in-store appearance tomorrow, April 25 at Dark Realm Records in Downey, California prior to their performance at the House of Blues in Hollywood. More info available HERE.

Following the trek, WATAIN will unleash their previously announced new DVD, Opus Diaboli. The production commemorates the band’s 13 years of chaos by providing a visual and audio documentation of their ceremonial anniversary concert performance in Stockholm and the long years of physical, intellectual and spiritual work leading up to it. Opus Diaboli is an epic 90-minute journey into the forbidden realms of wild-hearted Satanic metal and the manifestation of a unique band that has truly chosen a path few have ever dared to tread upon. Decibel Magazine Tour Cover Issue Is On Newsstands Now!

Decibel Magazine's tour issue (May 2012) is available on newsstands now. The cover story features in-depth interviews with members of Behemoth, Watain, The Devil's Blood, and In Solitude. The interviews cover everything from playing shows in the US to twisted and amusing anecdotes from the bands' past tour experiences. The issue also features an Extreme MLB preview, Decibel Hall of Fame: the making of Megadeth's Rust In Peace, and much more. Needless to say, this is one of the must have issues of 2012. Decibel Magazine Tour In Columbus, OH Moved To New Location

The highly anticipated inaugural Decibel Magazine tour kicks off in a mere eight days in Columbus, OH. It wasn't too late, however, for the venue owners to prohibit the bands from appearing at The Brewmaster's Gate. Behemoth, Watain, The Devil's Blood, and In Solitude are being forbidden from playing at the venue because of religious conflicts with the venue owners. These bands are no strangers to this type of treatment, and a new venue has already been confirmed. The Columbus, OH show will now be at Al Rosa. Behemoth's front man, Nergal, comments further: "Wow, big motherfuckin' WOW! We are facing a legendary moment: Amerika, the land of the free, is banning Behemoth coz of religious beliefs. The madness starts in Ohio, but of korz we are playing anyway. Nothing can stop us now. God, please save me from this freedom…"

The inaugural Decibel Magazine Tour will feature not just the long-awaited stateside return of Polish blackened death metal overlords Behemoth, but support from Swedish black metal provocateurs Watain, Dutch prog mystics the Devil's Blood and Swedish old-school occultists In Solitude. Dutch occult rockers THE DEVIL’S BLOOD are gearing up for a near month-long run of North American dates on the forthcoming Decibel Magazine Tour alongside Behemoth, Watain and In Solitude.
