Straight Line Stitch Added To Download Festival

click to enlarge(New York, NY) — STRAIGHT LINE STITCH have confirmed for this year's DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL held in Donington Park, UK from June 10th through 12th. Sharing the stage with legends as LINKIN' PARK, DEF LEPPARD and SYSTEM OF A DOWN front woman Alexis Brown comments, "I feel by us being added to Download that we've been handed a huge opportunity. I can't wait to see what lies in store. The line up is pretty sick too!"

The band recently shot a new music video for their new single "Conversion" with veteran director Dale "Rage" Resteghini. "Conversion is one of my favorite songs on the record because its about shedding
old skin & becoming a whole another being. I'm really stoked that its the first video off our new record." says Brown.

The band also announced that they have been added to the robust lineup that is the 2011 ROCKSTAR ENERGY DRINK MAYHEM FESTIVAL featuring MEGADETH, DISTURBED and GODSMACK. The band will be appearing on the "Extreme Stage" on all dates along with SUICIDE SILENCE & ALL SHALL PERISH. Dates can be seen below.


STRAIGHT LINE STITCH has completed work on their new studio album, “The Fight Of Our Lives”
due for release on March 22, 2011 via eOne Music. The new album is set to include eleven new songs and will be the follow-up to their album, "When Skies Wash Ashore" released in 2008.
