Dark Tranquillity Premieres New Track, "Endtime Hearts," Online

Melodic death metal pioneers DARK TRANQUILLITY will release their much-anticipated 10th studio album, Construct, on May 27th in Europe and on May 28th in North America via Century Media Records. In anticipation of this release, the band has premiered another album track, "Endtime Hearts," online here:

Sanctuary Signs Worldwide Deal With Century Media Records

Century Media Records is proud to announce the signing of the legendary Seattle metal band SANCTUARY. In 2010, four of the founding members, Warrel Dane, Jim Sheppard, Lenny Rutledge and Dave Budbill, came together for a few select reunion performances. At first, it was just going to be a handful of shows, but the response and chemistry on stage was so overwhelming that the guys changed their minds. Now, some 20 years after they left off, SANCTUARY will continue with their unique mix of US power metal, hard rock and progressive elements and begin work on a new LP. To complete the line-up, Brad Hull (FORCED ENTRY) will be filling in for former guitar player Sean Blosi. A late 2013 release is planned.

The band comments:

Warrel Dane: "Having been with Century Media since 1995 with NEVERMORE, it was a very comfortable decision for SANCTUARY to sign with them. Century Media has a great team that always delivers for all of their bands. I've known most of them on a first name basis for many years and I look forward to this new chapter in history."

Lenny Rutledge: "I can speak for every member of SANCTUARY when I say we are all excited to join the Century Media family. We now have the opportunity to work with the best metal record label on the planet. We are looking forward to creating great music with an awesome team behind us."

SANCTUARY released the classic albums Refuge Denied and Into The Mirror Black during their short existence between 1985 and 1992. Following the band's dissolve, singer Warrel Dane and bassist Jim Sheppard formed NEVERMORE.

Orphaned Land Premieres New Track, "Let The Truce Be Known"

In anticipation of their upcoming release, Israel's ORPHANED LAND has premiered a new track, "Let The Truce Be Known," on Brave Words.com. Taken from the band's new 6th studio album, All Is One, which is due out June 24th in Europe and June 25th in North America via Century Media Records, "Let The Truce Be Known" can be heard here:

All Is One was mixed by Jens Bogren (KREATOR, AMON AMARTH, JAMES LABRIE, DEVIN TOWNSEND PROJECT, OPETH) and was recorded in three different countries: Israel, Turkey and Sweden. Ironically, these countries are Jewish, Muslim and Christian respectively, which strengthens the ORPHANED LAND message of unity through music. Over 40 musicians were used to flesh out the sound of All Is One, including 25 choir singers and eight classical violin, viola and cello players from Turkey.

Evile Launches New Track, "Head Of The Demon," Online

British thrashers EVILE will release their new album, Skull, on May 27th in Europe via Earache Records and on June 11th in the USA via Century Media/Earache Records! This highly anticipated follow-up to 2011's Five Serpent's Teeth was once again recorded with producer Russ Russell (NAPALM DEATH, DIMMU BORGIR) at Parlour Studios in Kettering, England.  The artwork for the album was painted by artist Eliran Kantor (TESTAMENT, SODOM, HATEBREED).
