Mastery -- Featuring Billy Milano -- Set To Unleash New Record

This past June, Toronto metal troupe MASTERY entered Studio 57 at Music Lab in Austin, Texas with producer Tim Gerron and recorded their as-yet-untitled full-length. The album was mixed by Tim Gerron and Dan Korneff at House of Loud Studios in Elmwood Park, New Jersey last month. MASTERY fuses the blazing aggression of hardcore thrash with the technical prowess of progressive metal, leaving fans with a balls-out assault that relives the majesty of old school metal with a sense of originality.

MASTERY was founded by guitarist Markus Armellini in Toronto. With no luck finding a vocalist that could compliment the intensity and aggression of the music, the band's debut, Lethal Legacy, was unleashed as an instrumental in North America in 2006 and in Europe one year later. Following the release, MASTERY toured the States extensively. It was at a show in Austin where the band met legendary vocalist Billy Milano of M.O.D./S.O.D. Combined with Armellini, drummer Mike Harshaw, bassist Tim “Tank” Casterline, and lead guitarist Kelly Fitzsimmons, MASTERY is finally ready to scorch the ears of unsuspecting metallers globally.

Bob Wayne And 3 Inches Of Blood Release 7" Split

Outlaw country modernist BOB WAYNE and heavy metal outfit 3 INCHES OF BLOOD have released a split 7".  The 7" includes BOB WAYNE's "Everything's Legal In Alabama" and a live version of "Call Of The Hammer" from 3 INCHES OF BLOOD featuring Ben Falgoust from GOATWHORE.  The split is available exclusively through CM Distro and can be purchased HERE.
3 INCHES OF BLOOD vocalist Cam Pipes commented on the release, "When asked if we wanted to do a split 7" with Bob Wayne it was a pretty easy decision. We've never done a split 7" before and Bob's already a friend of ours, a good ol' Pacific Northwestern boy.  We've also never released a live track before. We had recorded some shows in Vancouver last year, so we picked Call of the Hammer since Ben Falgoust from Goatwhore does guest vocals on it.  All around this is a special release for us."

BOB WAYNE adds, "I've always had fun hangin with those guys [3 Inches Of Blood].  We've played a few shows together and I always go and see them live if they're within 100 miles of me!  I'm a big fan so this is a huge honor."

Haemoth: French Black Metallers To Release New Full-Length

Following six years of unsettled silence, French aural terrorists HAEMOTH return with seven singeing psalms of uncompromising Satanik supplication. They have used that time well, to hone and harness their untrammeled, indiscriminate hatred into an irresistible force. Their resolve heightened, HAEMOTH delivers a devastating statement of destructive defiance and vitriolic vehemence. Corrupted by the glorious, bountiful presence of all-knowing evil -- vice and deviance their predominant muse(s) -- the hateful hellmongers channel pestilence, corruption and occult rituals into their most scathing and relentless concoction yet. Nasty and nebulous; noxious and netherworldly; In Nomine Odium is a caustic, toxic and breathtaking excursion into the darkest corridors of the human psyche, where even the more ambient passages are dark, menacing and deeply disturbing. This is the soundtrack to your worst nightmare: Life. Check out the cover art HERE.

In Nomine Odium Track Listing:
1. Odium
2. Slaying The Blind
3. Demonik Omniscience
4. Spiritual Pestilence
5. Disgrace
6. Son Of The Black Light
7. ...And Then Came The Decease

HAEMOTH supports all that can contribute to the ruin of the human being -- every form of vice -- and doesn't give a fuck what means is used to achieve this. All forms of depravity, destruction and hate must be preached. To become one with Him, inner death is inevitable. The weak ones don't have their place here. May they burn in Hell...

In Nomine Odium will be released in North America via Debemur Morti Productions on January 10, 2012.
